Photos: Russian Airborne Assault Brigade receives BMD-4M landing vehicles

The 31st Independent Guards Airborne Assault Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces were supplied with new BMD-4M landing vehicles.

According to the Department of Information and Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, over 50 units of BMD-4M landing vehicles and BTR-MDM “Rakushka” armored personnel carriers (APC) were handed over to the Airborne Assault Brigade on Friday.

The commander of the Airborne Forces Colonel-General Andrey Serdyukov, and other Russian officials took part in the event.
